Our Perceptual Wellness programs use guided interactions with art from the world’s great museums as well as hands-on art exercises, to enhance and nourish the senses in order to increase wellbeing and reduce stress.

Our programs have been tried and tested with hundreds of participants in the medical field. Additionally, research conducted by NYU and based on one of our seminars showed reduced stress and enhanced creativity for the participants who took the course.
