Perceptual Art Tools for Increased Observation and Pattern Recognition

Part 1: Friday 1/24/25 from 6 to 8 pm online
Part 2: Saturday 1/25/25 from 10 am to 12.30 pm online

Perceptual Art Tools for Increased Observation and Pattern Recognition

Hone your observational skills and increase your capacity for insight as you gain perceptual art tools to pick up on crucial details hiding in plain sight. Learn to override your blind spots due to the very nature of perception itself, while heightening your capacity to pick up on the underlying patterns below the surface of what you see.

Explore how increased perception can lead to enhanced decision-making abilities, communication know-how, and creative thinking skills. And discover, too, a series of astonishing artworks while being inspired by the artists’ creative lives.

The workshop will be based on interactive looking/guided discussions and a selection of hands-on perceptual art and writing exercises.
