Uncovering Awe and Wonder in Our Daily Lives
According to recent research, experiencing awe and wonder can help us reduce stress and increase our feeling of wellbeing. However, we can’t always dash off to the Grand Canyon or Machu Picchu, so how can we uncover more awe and wonder in the midst of our busy routines? To do so, we can learn to expand the way we see. In this two-part workshop, you’ll gain access to a set of powerful perceptual tools that will help you overcome the limitations of habitual seeing in order to step into the wonder nestled at the heart of your very own life.
